History

Scholz Edelstahl GmbH was founded in 1991 and is a subsidiary of Scholz AG. Since its inception in 1991, the steel trading company has become a synonym for high quality steel. Only three years after the company was founded, Scholz Edelstahl GmbH expanded its business activities in the Czech Republic by acquiring a stake in a Czech steel trading business named SCH-Stahl Trade s.r.o. Scholz Edelstahl GmbH has continually expanded over the last few years and is now in the position to offer comprehensive services and support for high-quality products to its customers located throughout Europe. By founding, merging and acquiring shares in numerous well-known and respected specialist businesses, Scholz Edelstahl GmbH has managed to systematically expand and improve its range of steel product services. By looking beyond its own sphere of activity, the company has managed to establish a well-organised network of numerous individual service providers.
