Steel activities in Asia to be co-ordinated from Antwerp

The most recent addition to the SES family: in August 2007, a joint venture was established between Scholz Edelstahl Belgium and Lu Qin Company Ltd./Hong Kong. In future, Scholz Edelstahl GmbH will co-ordinate its steel activities in the Asian region from Antwerp.

A total of 20 million euros were invested at the Essingen site in the construction of the new warehouse, production and office building. Scholz Edelstahl has taken position at the head of the market for supplying the forging industry, mechanical engineers and component suppliers.
